🎯 What You'll Do
- Register new employees in the internal system with accurate data.
- Prepare document folders for candidate signatures.
- Send welcome emails to new hires with first-day details.
- Manage onboarding session invitations and presentations.
📋 Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or similar role.
- Experience in onboarding process management and document administration.
- Experience conducting group sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Familiarity with Bamboo HR or similar HR systems.
✨ Nice to Have
- Intermediate-advanced English skills.
- Recent graduates in Administration, Psychology, or Pedagogy.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
