🎯 What You'll Do

  • Register new employees in the internal system with accurate data.
  • Prepare document folders for candidate signatures.
  • Send welcome emails to new hires with first-day details.
  • Manage onboarding session invitations and presentations.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or similar role.
  • Experience in onboarding process management and document administration.
  • Experience conducting group sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Familiarity with Bamboo HR or similar HR systems.

  • Intermediate-advanced English skills.
  • Recent graduates in Administration, Psychology, or Pedagogy.
