Description

As a derivatives lawyer, you will draft and negotiate trading agreements, provide regulatory advice, and monitor legal developments for top-tier financial services clients. You'll work remotely with occasional on-site requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in derivatives, trading, or capital markets law.
• Deep familiarity with Canadian derivatives regulation and securities law.
• Actively licensed and in good standing as a lawyer in a Canadian province.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on derivatives and trading agreements.
