You'll join Wing's mission to redefine remote work by supporting US healthcare providers. You'll manage patient communication, referrals, and EMR updates. This role offers upskilling opportunities and performance incentives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Call patients to relay test results professionally.
• Create and process referrals for healthcare providers.
• Order labs and imaging, schedule appointments.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR).

📋 Requirements

• RN License (Philippines or USRN)
• 1+ year experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)
• Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Specialization in patient care or clinical settings
• Experience with Avaya soft phone
• Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations
