Description

As a per diem Family Medicine Physician at One Medical, you'll provide patient-centered primary care in-office and via telehealth, handling acute, chronic, and well visits. You'll collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, and have opportunities to perform procedures.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• State licensed in Connecticut
• Passion for human-centered primary care and effective use of technology

Responsibilities

• See patients for acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and virtual teams
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care
