You'll join Strala's Claims team to deliver world-class service, handling property and casualty claims with a focus on subrogation. You'll work remotely in a fast-paced environment, applying your professional judgment to drive fair, timely resolutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and evaluate P&C claims with subrogation potential
• Build customer relationships and communicate claim status
• Review estimates and manage repair processes
• Drive fair and timely claim resolutions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience handling P&C claims
• Active Adjuster License
• Familiar with estimate review and repair management
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
