You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for fans of music and pop culture. You'll help train new recruits, manage daily operations, and meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to combine your fandom with retail leadership in a fun, energetic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing shopping experiences to encourage repeat customers
• Step in and lead the sales floor when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Strong communication, time management, and professionalism skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Passion for music and pop culture
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT
