Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in-office or via telehealth, and collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality primary care. This role offers continuous learning and the opportunity to perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care in last 5 years
• State licensed in Maryland by start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Effective use of technology for high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures
