You'll join a leading trading platform's Technical Support team to ensure system stability and operational efficiency. You'll monitor system health, investigate and resolve service requests, and contribute to process and automation improvements. This hands-on, operations-focused role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career eager to learn and improve systems through automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve service requests within agreed timelines.
• Monitor system health and track performance proactively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, DBAs, and Developers.
• Contribute to automation and design internal tools.

📋 Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of client-server architecture.
• Basic scripting knowledge (preferably Python) and willingness to learn automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with monitoring systems and alerting tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and database basics.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.
