You'll lead day-to-day site oversight as the developer's representative for a large-scale mixed-use project in Riyadh. You'll enforce quality standards, HSE compliance, and drive commissioning to ensure smooth handover. This role offers the chance to shape a human-centered community with Flow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard contractors and monitor their progress and productivity
• Ensure construction aligns with drawings, QA/QC standards, and brand guidelines
• Review claims, variations, and extension-of-time requests
• Drive commissioning, testing, snagging, and handover readiness

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of construction management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project
• Experience with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
