You will own how our product is understood, positioned, and launched, connecting customer insights with go-to-market strategy to drive adoption and revenue. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days a week in Chicago.

Responsibilities

  • Understand assigned products through usage, user interviews, and feedback.
  • Conduct market, persona, and value proposition analysis.
  • Develop positioning strategies for each target segment.
  • Create messaging and collateral aligned with positioning.
  • Lead go-to-market launches, defining narrative and coordinating cross-functional execution.
