Description

You will drive the creation and implementation of a CRO management system, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the drug discovery process. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating the Design-Make-Test-Analyse cycle at a world-leading AI drug design company.

Requirements

• BSc in Biology or related field, or equivalent industrial experience
• 5+ years in pharma, CRO, or biotech industry
• 2-3 years of direct experience managing international CROs
• Solid understanding of drug discovery process, emphasis on biology and/or biologics
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach, comfortable communicating at all levels

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a CRO management system with effective working practices
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor project efficiency, hold CROs accountable for deliverables
• Select new CROs based on market knowledge and criteria set with project teams
• Work with Project Leads, Legal, Finance, and Project Management to draw up contracts and conduct vendor assessments
• Develop tools to simplify internal processes and improve user experience
