Description

You will implement, configure, and optimize NICE products like Engage, WFM, EEM, and CXone for enterprise contact centers. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide consultative support, and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business field or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years total experience, minimum 3 years in product implementation/integration
  • Experience with NICE WFM, Engage, CXone, RTA preferred
  • Proficiency in server technologies (Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, VMware)
  • Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting tools

Responsibilities

  • Install and integrate NICE software solutions on-site or remotely
  • Provide technical expertise on NICE product suite and related technology
  • Conduct systems testing for performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with Project Managers on end-to-end project rollouts
  • Communicate with R&D about product enhancements and fixes
