You'll own the strategy and execution of the global technical partner enablement program at a cloud data protection leader. Your core impact will be transforming partner Sales Engineers into self-sufficient experts to increase partner-led POC win rates and reduce reliance on internal technical resources.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and deliver Partner Technical Certification L1 and L2 tracks
- Build and maintain partner technical training content and architecture guides
- Own the Homerun lab environment and demo scenario library
- Coordinate partner enablement events and webinars
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering
- 2+ years in Partner/Channel SE enablement for enterprise SaaS
- Deep expertise in Cloud Data Protection or Cyber Resilience
- Proven experience designing technical L1/L2 certification tracks
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, or Kubernetes
- Skilled in creating technical battlecards and competitive positioning
