You'll join a paid, ANCC-accredited nurse residency program in home health care, the only one of its kind. You'll provide one-on-one patient care with flexible scheduling and around-the-clock clinical support. This role offers in-depth paid training and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home health settings
• Use electronic charting with AlayaCare software
• Participate in paid simulation labs and training
• Collaborate with clinical managers for skill development

📋 Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing

• Experience with home health care
• Familiarity with AlayaCare or similar charting systems
• Interest in pediatric or adult care
