Description

As a Software Team Lead, you'll lead teams to enhance developer experience, reducing friction and increasing R&D efficiency. You'll design and own tools across the development lifecycle, collaborating with Dev, Research, DevOps, and SRE to drive adoption of state-of-the-art practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading a development team with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
• 5+ years as a software developer with infrastructure focus (Java or similar)
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Experience developing in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Proven ability to drive large-scale, transformative projects impacting 50+ developers

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple development teams through recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management
• Design and own products/tools across the entire development process (SCM to production)
• Collaborate with Dev, Research, DevOps, and SRE to capture requirements and deliver solutions
• Educate organization on state-of-the-art tools and methodologies
• Act as evangelist for initiatives, supporting adoption across the organization
