• ORO Step 9 qualification
• Early childhood education leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Facility with computer systems

• Experience as a preschool Director (Admissions, Administrative, Program)
• Montessori certification or familiarity with Montessori method
• Salesforce/CRM and billing software experience
