Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in technical support, engineering, or similar role
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Samsara's IoT product portfolio
- Troubleshoot and resolve medium to high complexity customer issues
- Respond to customers and meet SLA goals
- Author and maintain knowledge base articles
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to reproduce bugs
