You'll serve as the Medical Director and Attending Physician for skilled nursing facilities in the Houghton Lake area. You'll provide patient-centered primary care and collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered manner
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, and Remote Patient Monitoring

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license (MD/DO)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation

• Experience in skilled nursing facility setting
• Specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
