You will drive advertising revenue for Coupang by selling to top CN-based sellers, owning the customer experience, and collaborating with marketing and product teams on advertiser communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years professional selling or digital advertising experience
• Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting for business decisions
• Relationship sales and negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in Chinese and English

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities to drive advertising revenue and customer success for top CN-based sellers
• Own the advertising customer experience and advocate on customers' behalf
• Perform direct customer outreach, sales, education, and objection handling
• Work with marketing and product teams on advertiser communication plans
• Drive advertiser commitment, revenue growth, and product improvements
