Description

You will design, execute, and improve technical enablement programs for the Field Engineering organization. Your mission is to drive practitioner-level competence through structured onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product and technical strategy.

• Experience designing and executing technical enablement programs
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and go-to-market
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset for measuring program effectiveness
• Experience with curriculum development and adult learning principles

Responsibilities

• Design and manage structured onboarding, workshops, virtual training, and certification tracks
• Lead field engineering new hire onboarding and maintain continuous learning roadmap
• Create enablement assets like labs, guides, and playbooks in collaboration with SMEs
• Track and report on KPIs such as time-to-proficiency and certification pass rates
• Serve as liaison between subject matter experts and delivery teams to ensure curriculum accuracy
