Your work will directly impact hiring strategies and candidate experience across the organization. This role also offers the opportunity to help scale university recruiting efforts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Engineering leadership to understand role requirements
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex searches
• Lead development of innovative recruiting strategies
• Drive offer processes including negotiations and closing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Fluency in Boolean search operators and x-ray searches
• Knowledge of technical job profiles like Software Engineers
• Ability to influence with data-driven decisions
