You'll partner with Engineering leadership to drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, shaping how Ramp attracts top talent. Your work will directly impact hiring strategies and candidate experience across the organization. This role also offers the opportunity to help scale university recruiting efforts.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with Engineering leadership to understand role requirements
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex searches
  • Lead development of innovative recruiting strategies
  • Drive offer processes including negotiations and closing

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Fluency in Boolean search operators and x-ray searches
  • Knowledge of technical job profiles like Software Engineers
  • Ability to influence with data-driven decisions
