Description

Lead and scale Nebius' Security Product domain, defining the vision, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing security portfolio. You'll manage a team of Product Managers, partner with the CISO and Platform Security leadership, and ensure security capabilities serve as a foundation for trusted AI infrastructure and enterprise cloud adoption.

• Strategic leadership experience in security product management
• Technical fluency in cloud security and AI infrastructure
• Experience building and scaling product organizations
• Ability to partner with CISO and platform security teams
• Enterprise cloud market knowledge

Responsibilities

• Define and own strategy and multi-year roadmap for Security product portfolio
• Ensure cohesive vision across platform capabilities and standalone security offerings
• Translate enterprise security needs into scalable, productized solutions
• Drive prioritization across multiple product streams
• Lead and scale the Security product management team
