  • Deliver high-quality support via email, live chat, and other channels

  • WordPress or WooCommerce experience beyond hobby use
  • Previous customer support or technical support role in SaaS
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with clear communication
  • Ability to work independently in an autonomous remote environment
