💼 About This Role

You'll drive day-to-day carrier coordination and final mile execution for ShipBob's fulfillment network. Your core impact is ensuring reliable freight movement and early resolution of operational risks across assigned sites. This role stands out for its direct ownership of carrier performance and service quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor on-time carrier pickups and initiate follow-up via Teams or COPS tickets
• Maintain accuracy of carrier pickup schedules and update in ToolBob
• Serve as senior point for merchant escalations on final mile delivery issues
• Distribute weekly carrier forecasts and monitor accuracy using S OP Power BI

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, carrier operations, or supply chain execution
• Solid working knowledge of carrier operations including pickup execution and service failure patterns
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple carrier relationships and competing priorities

• Experience with Power BI reporting
• Familiarity with LTL/FTL shipment execution
• Knowledge of final mile operations
