Description

You will oversee daily metal fabrication operations, fabricate and weld components, and assist in managing warehouse operations. Your role involves ensuring safety compliance, managing maintenance schedules, and implementing strategies to improve throughput and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations or production management experience, preferably in manufacturing or metal fabrication
• Proven track record in optimizing production efficiency, cost control, and workflow management
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build, coach, and develop teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
• Proficiency with production management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Deep understanding of fabrication processes, quality control standards, and supply chain logistics
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld metal components
• Oversee daily fabrication operations including production scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with company, industry, and OSHA safety standards
• Manage maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and tooling
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational throughput and product quality
• Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
