You'll oversee daily operations of a single-unit ice cream shop, managing a team and ensuring excellent customer service. Your core impact is driving sales and maintaining high standards. This role offers the chance to work closely with the founding team during a growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and assign stations for employees
• Recruit, select, orient, and train staff
• Coach, counsel, and evaluate employee performance
• Monitor sales targets and maintain budgets

📋 Requirements

• ServSafe Manager Food Handlers license required
• 2+ years of food retail management experience preferred
• Prior experience managing a team required
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs or more
