💼 About This Role

You'll bridge established core systems with cutting-edge AI services, building the user-facing experience for AI leadership development features. You'll architect React frontends and Ruby backend logic that orchestrates data between the core platform and new AI microservices. This role offers the chance to shape an AI-first product from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build interactive React UIs for conversational features
• Write Ruby code as glue between core app and Python AI services
• Implement optimistic UI updates and WebSocket connections
• Maintain and scale existing Ruby on Rails codebase

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Deep experience with React.js for complex components
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails including ActiveRecord and API design
• Proven experience consuming REST or gRPC APIs with async workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Python
• Experience with WebSockets or real-time data streaming
• Experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub)
