- Engage with prospective customers from marketing campaigns.
- Conduct detailed needs analyses for Medicare and ancillary products.
- Recommend and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Assist customers through the enrollment process.
- Manage high-volume sales activity while maintaining compliance.
๐ Requirements
- 1+ year of recent sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health or Accident & Health insurance license.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
