You'll be the voice of HighLevel, proactively reaching out to at-risk customers, identifying churn signals, and guiding them toward solutions. Your work directly reduces churn and drives revenue retention by turning dissatisfaction into loyalty. You'll collaborate with a global team in a remote-first, data-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily outbound outreach to at-risk accounts via calls and emails
  • Identify root causes of customer concerns through active listening
  • Communicate product value and handle objections professionally
  • Log all interactions and update CRM records in GHL

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Service or B2B Sales experience
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience working in a remote environment with structured targets
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and CRM systems

✨ Nice to Have

  • GHL experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
