You'll be the voice of HighLevel, proactively reaching out to at-risk customers, identifying churn signals, and guiding them toward solutions. Your work directly reduces churn and drives revenue retention by turning dissatisfaction into loyalty. You'll collaborate with a global team in a remote-first, data-driven environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Conduct daily outbound outreach to at-risk accounts via calls and emails
- Identify root causes of customer concerns through active listening
- Communicate product value and handle objections professionally
- Log all interactions and update CRM records in GHL
π Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Service or B2B Sales experience
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience working in a remote environment with structured targets
- Familiarity with SaaS products and CRM systems
β¨ Nice to Have
- GHL experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
- Bachelorβs degree preferred
