You'll manage end-to-end warranty claim processing for Ford dealerships, ensuring accuracy, manufacturer compliance, and timely reimbursement. You'll play a key role in supporting dealership profitability by maintaining clean receivables and resolving claim discrepancies efficiently. Working remotely, you'll collaborate with multiple dealerships and internal teams, serving as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, validate, and process warranty claims per manufacturer policies
• Book, submit, close, and reconcile warranty claims for timely payment
• Monitor warranty receivable schedules to support dealership cash flow
• Use specialized systems to identify and resolve compliance issues
• Interpret technician repair narratives and apply labor codes

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised dealership
• Strong understanding of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer compliance
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and warranty tools
• Ability to interpret technician stories and apply correct labor operations
• Experience with at least one manufacturer certification (Ford strongly preferred)
