You'll drive new business from institutional clients in digital assets, serving as a subject matter expert for Global Markets products like spot trading, derivatives, and financing. You'll provide high-touch support to protocols, venture capital, and hedge funds, playing a crucial role in building out the institutional crypto industry. This role offers the chance to shape sales methodologies in a federally chartered crypto bank.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive incremental trading volume market share gains for Global Markets business
• Serve as first point of contact for global markets to multiple client segments
• Establish sales methodologies and operational processes for go-to-market
• Lead client or product-specific campaigns to drive new business

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales
• 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry
• Strong technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
• A strong network of institutional clients active in digital assets
