💼 About This Role

You'll lead BGB Group's transition to an AI-first enterprise operating model, reporting to the CEO. You will redesign workflows, integrate intelligent systems, and prototype AI solutions to drive speed, scale, and precision across the organization. This hands-on role combines strategic leadership with building a small technical capability to scale AI systems company-wide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement an AI-enabled operating model
• Develop custom GPTs, AI agents, and workflow automation systems
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end workflows using AI-enabled processes
• Lead a small technical capability building internal AI systems
• Identify new value creation opportunities through AI capabilities

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and deploying AI-powered systems
• Deep fluency in AI and LLM ecosystems, APIs, and agent architectures
• Track record implementing technology-driven transformation in professional services
• Executive-level communication skills translating technical capability into business value
