🎯 What You'll Do

• Review draft ELD lessons for alignment with California ELD standards
• Evaluate lessons for pedagogical soundness and scaffolding
• Provide constructive feedback on lesson content and activities
• Verify alignment of language objectives to standards

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, or related field
• 3-5 years of classroom teaching experience in Grades 6-8 ELA
• Experience teaching English Language Development
• Knowledge of California ELD standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree preferred
• CLAD, BCLAD, or EL Authorization
• Experience with EL Education curriculum
