You'll design, build, and validate quantum photonic subsystems for fault-tolerant quantum computers at PsiQuantum. Your work on quantum interference experiments and single-photon sources will directly enable utility-scale quantum systems. This role offers a chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams on cutting-edge silicon photonics technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and test quantum photonic subsystems
• Implement and analyze Hong-Ou-Mandel interference experiments
• Develop and validate single-photon sources and detectors
• Perform time-tagged measurements and analyze photon correlation data

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Quantum Physics, Quantum Optics, or related discipline
• Strong experimental experience in quantum optics or photonic quantum systems
• Hands-on experience with Hong-Ou-Mandel interference
• Familiarity with single-photon sources, detectors, and time-tagging

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with entangling circuits and single-qubit readout
• Knowledge of quantum information concepts and photonic architectures
• Experience with experimental automation and data processing (e.g., Python)
