You will lead client implementations of the Staffbase employee experience platform, managing project plans and ensuring a smooth adoption process. You'll work closely with customers to develop deployment and change management strategies, collaborate with sales on scoping, and guide technical integrations.

Requirements

• Familiarity with implementing SaaS solutions
• Several years of experience working on enterprise-scale deployments
• Strong application functional expertise and account management expertise
• Project management experience
• Excellent presentation skills for business and technical concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead new Staffbase customer implementations, managing project plans and resources
• Develop comprehensive plans for deployment, change management, and adoption
• Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and efforts to stakeholders
• Build and maintain in-depth product knowledge of Staffbase core products
• Guide customers on leveraging Staffbase APIs and SDKs
