💼 About This Role

You'll perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients, providing rehabilitative care to help them remain at home. You'll conduct evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients and families. This role offers flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in assigned territories.
• Perform evaluations of functional status and ADL performance.
• Develop and revise individualized occupational therapy care plans.
• Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care.

📋 Requirements

• Current Massachusetts occupational therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent OT work experience.
• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
