🎯 What You'll Do

• Run full-cycle searches for mid-to-senior technical roles
• Partner with hiring managers on intake and offer strategy
• Source, engage, interview, and close technical talent
• Use Moon Engine daily and provide product feedback

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Solid recruiting fundamentals: sourcing, screening, offer support
• Strong candidate communication skills in English
• Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to learn
