💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end manufacturing for high-speed photonics products powering AI supercomputing. You'll drive yield, quality, and reliability while collaborating with world-class engineers. This is a ground-floor opportunity to rethink optical systems from the silicon up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee manufacturing processes and change control under QMS
• Analyze yield, cycle time, throughput, and scrap reduction
• Track product test results and ensure specification compliance
• Collaborate with design team on DFM guidelines

📋 Requirements

• BSEE or related degree
• 7+ years in high-volume optical transceiver manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in transceiver product assembly processes
• Expertise in data analysis and statistical process control

• Experience with optical assembly techniques (wire bond, die bond, active alignment)
• Knowledge of reliability testing and quality control best practices
• Proficiency in optics FA processes and tools
