• Provide timely customer service and issue resolution to clients and advisors.
• Interpret plan documents and communicate improvements to clients.
• Calculate employer contributions and perform non-discrimination tests.
• Lead client and advisor calls/meetings for ongoing account management.

📋 Requirements

• College degree or 7+ years of retirement experience.
• Minimum 3 years in account manager or similar role.
• QKA designation required or willingness to attain.
• Mastery of administrator functions and skills.
