Description
You will lead a team of 5-7 Account Executives to drive revenue growth and acquire new customers at Brex. You'll mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, travel, or spend management
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of leading high-performing B2B sales teams
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed quotas
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new AEs to scale the team
- Own weekly forecasting and pipeline management
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
