You'll serve as attending physician at skilled nursing facilities near St. Clair, MI, supported by intuitive technology and a collaborative clinical team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in each assigned skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered manner.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, and Remote Patient Monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license and board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty.
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related field.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.

• Experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care settings.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and voice dictation technology.
