You'll design and develop manufacturing equipment for a medical device company, supporting production and process improvement. You'll solve problems and implement innovative solutions on the production floor. This role offers exposure to FDA regulations and Lean manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and qualify manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements.
• Create and maintain product and process documentation.
• Test equipment processes and author validation protocols.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1+ year relevant engineering experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Lean manufacturing (preferred).
