๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver training programs on sourcing, interviewing, and ATS proficiency.
  • Create scalable learning resources for hiring managers on structured interviewing.
  • Maintain a knowledge management system of playbooks, guides, and FAQs.
  • Facilitate workshops and brown bags to foster continuous learning.
  • Measure program effectiveness using metrics and feedback.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, HR training, or enablement roles.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and HR as a Product.
  • Experience with learning management systems and instructional design.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile) or HR (SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with e-learning development tools.
  • Background in a technology or defense environment with high-volume recruiting.
