You'll design and implement programs that empower recruiters and hiring managers to scale talent efficiently at a defense tech company. Your work will directly enhance recruiter proficiency and hiring manager confidence. This role offers the chance to drive measurable improvements in a hyper-growth environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and deliver training programs on sourcing, interviewing, and ATS proficiency.
- Create scalable learning resources for hiring managers on structured interviewing.
- Maintain a knowledge management system of playbooks, guides, and FAQs.
- Facilitate workshops and brown bags to foster continuous learning.
- Measure program effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, HR training, or enablement roles.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training content for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and HR as a Product.
- Experience with learning management systems and instructional design.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
โจ Nice to Have
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile) or HR (SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with e-learning development tools.
- Background in a technology or defense environment with high-volume recruiting.
