💼 About This Role

You'll be the hands-on HR generalist for Blockstream's EMEA region, supporting everything from employee experience to compliance across multiple countries. Your core impact is ensuring smooth HR operations and positive employee experiences while driving process improvements. This role offers exposure to HR business partnering in a fast-paced, mission-driven Bitcoin company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be a trusted point of contact for employee HR inquiries across EMEA
• Lead onboarding and create a seamless welcome experience
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and coordinate payroll and benefits
• Support HR compliance across multiple EMEA jurisdictions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Operations or similar HR role
• Experience supporting payroll, contracts, and HR systems
• Knowledge of Swiss and EMEA employment law
• Proficiency in HRIS and Google Workspace
• Excellent English and Italian communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in tech, fintech, or blockchain environments
• German and/or French language skills
• Experience automating HR processes
