💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for Wiz customers, driving adoption and value realization of the cloud security platform. You'll bridge customer needs with internal teams to ensure a cohesive experience and business growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical contact for a book of customers
• Guide customers through deployment and operationalization of Wiz
• Drive adoption and track achievement of business goals via success plans
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals with sales team

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in technical customer-facing roles
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of cloud services in AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

✨ Nice to Have

• CSP certification (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect)
• Security certification or experience with cloud security challenges
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, IaC, version control)
