You will transform partnerships into a predictable acquisition channel by driving partner-sourced pipeline and ARR through operationalizing lifecycle, campaign, and co-sell motions with Tier 1 SIs and strategic ISVs. You'll design quarterly joint business plans, execute partner-led campaigns, and manage pipeline forecasting to achieve measurable growth.

Requirements

  • Commercially-driven mindset with analytical execution bias
  • Direct experience in partner ecosystems, co-sell programs, or strategic alliances
  • Expertise in cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, RevOps)
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with data-driven insights
  • Fluency in data modeling, KPI development, and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Own partner lifecycle and pipeline acceleration
  • Design and execute quarterly joint business plans and co-sell motions
  • Manage sourced pipeline weekly, driving forecast discipline
  • Track partner-influenced opportunities and deploy intervention strategies
  • Establish partner-level pipeline tracking and strategic reporting
