Description

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end administration and operational delivery of global learning and development initiatives. You will own training logistics, vendor coordination, LMS administration, compliance tracking, reporting, and learning data management to ensure a seamless employee learning experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in HR, L&D coordination, training administration, or program operations
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly service-oriented mindset
• Ability to partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders
• Experience with LMS administration and learning platforms

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global training logistics and scheduling across multiple regions
• Source, evaluate, and manage external training vendors and facilitators
• Manage training communications and participant updates
• Maintain accurate training records and monitor completion
• Administer LMS platforms and manage compliance training
