You'll combine top-tier consulting rigor with the drive to win multi-million-dollar deals at the world's largest industrial customers. You will partner directly with C-level executives in AI-driven engineering transformation programs. As a founding member of the strategic enterprise sales function, you'll build the playbook and team from scratch.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own and run strategic transformation programs at Forbes Global 2000 industrial enterprises
  • Partner directly with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering
  • Build the C-level engagement playbook and team as the function scales
  • Operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial outcomes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-10 years in strategy or implementation consulting
  • Industrial-sector experience (auto, aerospace, industrial equipment, etc.)
  • Track record originating and shaping multi-million-dollar transformation projects with C-level stakeholders
  • English required, German strong plus

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Consulting background from firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, etc.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and to the US
  • Startup or founding-member experience
