💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruitment for GTM and other departments at Sanity, a fast-growing AI-powered content operating system. You'll act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. This fully remote role spans mid- to leadership-level positions across North America and Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across North America and Europe.
• Partner with business leaders to develop workforce plans and hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, and nurture diverse candidate pools using various channels.
• Deliver a positive interview and offer experience with timely communication.

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years of recruiting experience.
• At least 5 years in a scaling start-up environment.
• Demonstrated success as a GTM recruiter.
• Experience working on a globally distributed team.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience hiring across Engineering, Product, and G&A.
• Experience with Ashby or similar recruiting platforms.
• Recruiting operations experience building processes and playbooks.
