You will run the local Carvana hub, overseeing operations, logistics, team engagement, and market success. You'll lead a team of Customer Advocates, focusing on development and performance, while also analyzing business trends to proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Be a continuous positive force and create strong team morale
• Interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates
• Develop team through feedback, check-ins, and goal setting
• Generate and monitor regular reports for upper management
• Support team as expert and jump in alongside Advocates as needed
